This chocolate begins its journey as the noble Trinitario Varietal cacao at an orchard in the region of Tamana, Trinidad. Herman Riberio's harvest yielded only one 42kg bag, making this cacao not only limited but also a beautiful representation of Herman's land and expertise.
Once harvested, this cacao was fermented in wooden boxes and sun-dried at the local La Corona facility to unlock its unique floral and fruity flavors.
